One of the most frequent and immediate questions we’re asked is “where is our project data stored?” How well project data and user information is stored is a major factor to businesses when selecting a software vendor. Information must be secure, protected and able to be restored at all times.
We’re proud to say that Glaass exclusively employs Microsoft Azure Cloud Storage. In fact, we only use Azure services to power our application as Microsoft boast class leading security, reliability and performance across their entire product range.
Project data is stored in two separate Microsoft data centres for redundancy and disaster recovery purposes. The primary data centre is located closest to the project address for the lowest possible latency and the second in the nearest region to the project. This ensures clients have multiple contingency levels for their project information.
