Just over a month since our last release and we are back with a new update which introduces an array of new features designed to help project teams succeed. Headlining this release is advanced customisation, dedicated printing, and world-wide zone support.

Advanced customisation allows you to customise cases with even greater flexibility. During our personalised setup service, we help you customise your cases to suit your project’s requirements. This is an important step, as customising cases clearly defines how individual project processes are documented.
Customisation adds support for title suggestions, default statuses, case items with or without checklists, default users or groups, and previewed changes. There is further customisation when viewing cases, allowing users to set their preferred file view. A choice between list view for a concise overview, or gallery view where files appear on large collated tiles.
Dedicated printing has arrived to Glaass. Printing your cases never looked so good! This is a great option to take to a meeting, submit to a client, or simply store for company records. Printing in Glaass is optimised for all case customisation combinations so you’ll always have perfectly styled prints.
World-wide zone support is a new tool for our expanding global business. Do you have a project in Brazil, France, India, or somewhere else? No problem, we now have increased capabilities to support remote projects powered by reference standard enterprise grade cloud hardware.
