If you’ve read our earlier blogs, or are familiar with the construction industry, you’ll understand the frustration of recording, tracking and tracing project information across a series of disconnected, inefficient systems. More annoyingly, these detached systems are rarely mobile. It’s an inadequate combination for enterprise scale infrastructure projects that require efficient information dissemination and management. Organisation is the first step to success, with Glaass we’ve leveraged the power of technology to actively keep your project on track.
With our desktop platform complete and functioning on a beta test project, it’s time to turn our attention to mobility. Our vision is to create an ecosystem that’s not only connected and easy to use, but accessible on any device. Limitless accessibility empowers your team to work how and where they want, giving them the flexibility and freedom to do their best work. This type of environment is essential to combat the diverse nature of construction projects.

Personally, I find being on site one of the most productive workspaces, because I can visually see what needs to happen. I can meet with the foreman to organise inspections and order concrete through Glaass on my tablet, rather than writing a to-do list to action back at the office. The possibilities with Glaass are endless, because you have everything about all of your projects accessible on any device. It’s a system that promotes and encourages individual work styles. That’s how you achieve team success.
